How to Apply

In order to apply the candidate should carefully read all the conditions, the eligibility criteria for each position for which he/she want to apply.

Applicants can apply for up to 3 projects within the consortium, indicating the order of preference. All applications will be checked for eligibility. Ineligible or incomplete applications will not be considered. Applications must be in English.

All applications shall be conveyed exclusively through the ENSCC website, starting from March 1st 2024, and no later than May 1st, 2024, at h 23:59 CEST.

The candidate should send this application form, by email at application@enscc.eu. The candidate should attach to the email the application form fully filled (available hereand the following documents:

  • CV in English (EU pass format) that should include details about education/qualifications, work experience, language skills and other relevant skills;

  • motivation letter (1 page max);

  • letter of research statement, describing the applicant’s research experience in relation with the project/s s/he is applying for (max 1500 words). The letter shall report a description of the applicant’s master research project and a self-evaluation on scientific and soft skills.

  • copy of a valid ID/passport;

  • Master degree certificate (if available) and exams list;

    • if the candidate has not obtained yet a Master’s Degree, a certification, preferably through an official document from their institution or a declaration from the Master’s thesis supervisor, in headed paper, stating that the candidate will complete the Master Degree by the scheduled contract starting date for the selected positions;

  • a summary of the Master Degree thesis and a brief description of the past scientific activity (if any);

  • English certificate (if available);

  • 2 reference letters (that could also be sent directly by the referee at application@enscc.eu );

  • any other document the candidate consider important for the evaluation
